How is your character in Zebra?
– There are two worlds in Zebra, Bank and Gangster. In this I have a powerful intense gangster role. The entire film revolves around the financial crimes surrounding the bank. We hear a lot about financial crimes. As a common man we don’t know much about bank transactions. The film is set in the backdrop of the banking system and its financial crime. Director Ishwar has written this story based on true incidents. The movie turned out amazingly.
How did you feel when director Ishwar told this story?
-I was very surprised. We have heard about financial crime. But I don’t know how they happen. When the director told this story, it looked like he was blindfolded. He came with a bound script.
Ishwar designed Zebra as a mass entertainer with all commercial elements. He blended all the elements like comedy, fun and action very well. Zebra screenplay is very new.
